In Alberto v Toyota Motor Corp, _ Mich App _ (#296824, 8/5/2010) the court held that before a party may take the deposition of a high-ranking government or corporate official, the party must demonstrate that the official possesses superior or unique information relevant to the issues being litigated, and the information cannot be obtained by a less intrusive method.
